## Six ways to refresh your face

Each one does something a little different. Pick one to see what it treats, how it works and what to expect.

- Botox Relaxes the muscles behind frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet and neck bands. Results start in 24 to 48 hours and can last up to 4 months. [1]
- Juvéderm A family of hyaluronic acid gels, each made for its own area: lips, cheeks, chin, temples, jawline, under-eyes and smile lines. [2]
- Radiesse Adds volume and helps your skin make more of its own collagen, for smile lines, hands, chest and, as Radiesse (+), the jawline. Results can last up to two years. [3]
- Sculptra Helps your skin rebuild its support gradually over a short series, softening smile lines and cheek wrinkles for up to two years. [4]
- Belotero Belotero Balance (+) softens facial lines and fills hollows under the eyes, with results that can last up to 18 months. [5]
- Kybella A series of injections that treats fat under the chin, no surgery needed. [6]

## Why people choose us for injectables

**Every major option in one place.** With six injectables offered here, you get the product that fits your face, not the only one on the shelf.

**A light, natural touch.** Results look more natural with a conservative approach, [7] so we build a little at a time and stop while you still look like you.

**A dermatology practice behind it.** Your plan can reach past injectables to lasers, peels and skin care when they'll do more for you.

**Free consultations, both offices.** Come in to Fresno or Visalia, ask everything, and leave with a plan.

## Concerns injectables can help

These are the concerns we see most, not everything we treat. Pick a concern to see how we can help.

- Fine Lines & Wrinkles
- Facial Volume Loss
- Thin Lips
- Sagging Skin & Jowls
- Neck Laxity
- Double Chin

## Injectables questions, answered

**Q: What's the difference between Botox and filler?**

Botox relaxes the muscles behind lines that show when you move. [1] Filler adds volume under lines and hollows that are there when your face is still. Many people use both.

**Q: Will I look overdone?**

Not with a conservative approach, which is how results look most natural. [7] You can always add more at a follow-up.

**Q: How long do results last?**

It depends on the product: up to 4 months for Botox, [1] and up to a year or two for most fillers, by product and area. [2] [3] [5]

**Q: Is there downtime?**

Very little. Most filler visits take 15 to 30 minutes, [7] and most people go back to their day. Any redness, swelling or bruising usually clears within one to two weeks. [7]

**Q: Who shouldn't have injectables?**

Fillers are approved for adults, [8] and their safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding is unknown. [8] Your consultation covers your health history before anything is planned.

**Q: Can filler be reversed?**

Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Juvéderm can be dissolved with an enzyme if needed, [9] and we can dissolve filler you had placed here.

Botox Cosmetic and Kybella are prescription medicines, and each filler is approved for specific uses in adults. Whether any of these suits you depends on your consultation.
